Natasha McGregor has been a Physiotherapist since graduating from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2014. She has been working in private practice, multi-health care professional settings since then, being exposed to many professions and learning to work collaboratively and learn from them along the way. Natasha McGregor has over a decade of experience working with injuries, pain and movement limitations and while she enjoys treating everything from a sprained ankle to a broken wrist to a low back injury, her passion is education and pain science. Teaching people how to listen to their bodies, understand and work with their bodies and educating folks on how their bodies work is a really strong thread in how Natasha provides her Physiotherapy services.

After Graduating from her Masters in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie, Natasha has continued her professional learning in concussion management, the nervous system and chronic pain management, mindfulness and chronic pain management and she is GLAAD certified in treatment and education of osteoarthritic conditions as well has certified to do musculoskeletal based acupuncture.

Outside of work Natasha focuses on keeping life in balance and is a big proponent of living a slower lifestyle, participating in advocacy work and being outdoors as much as possible. You can often find Natasha reading, learning, participating in environmental activism, hiking, forest bathing, playing board games, kayaking and birdwatching.
