Lauren Richardson, PT

Lauren is trained to treat a variety of dysfunctions and her caseload includes everything from pelvic health, abdominal issues, prenatal and postpartum health, sports injuries, musculoskeletal, neurological and paediatric conditions.

After having her two kids, she developed a passion for pelvic health and treating musculoskeletal conditions. She is a firm believer that the more women know about their journey, in pregnancy and postpartum, the smoother the journey will be.

Lauren graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She then ventured to Edmonton where she completed her Masters in Physiotherapy in 2010.
