Lauren Richardson

Lauren Richardson, of Lauren Richardson Physiotherapy Inc., is our Saint John physiotherapist.

Lauren has been practicing physiotherapy since 2010 after completing her Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta. She joined Town Health Solutions in 2021 after spending the first 11 years of her physiotherapy career in Edmonton, Alberta.

Lauren is a trained and experienced in the areas of pelvic health, neuro rehabilitation, and orthopedic physiotherapy. Her approach to physiotherapy focuses on looking at the patient as a whole to get to the root of the problem and includes the use of manual therapy, patient education, dry needling, and a strong element of therapeutic exercise. Lauren believes in the importance of understanding a client’s specific goals and tailoring personalized treatment plans. For more information on these treatments, click here.

Angela Henry is the lead physiotherapist for Town Physio PC.  She practices in Fredericton and Woodstock.

Angela returned to her hometown of Fredericton in 2017 after spending 20 years residing in New Hampshire. She started her physiotherapy career in 1999 as a physical therapist assistant. Seeing that she had so much more to offer to her clients and always a drive to learn about the human body, Angela graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009 from Franklin Pierce University. She has worked in outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation facilities and home health and hospice care, where she specialized in wound care and is a certified decongestive/lymphedema therapist. Angela enjoys working with a variety of conditions and ages and strives to help her clients with individualized plans, and from an evidence-based approach. Angela enjoys the ongoing learning process from continuing education courses to be able to provide her clients with the best up-to-date treatment options.
